CHRIS LAGERBLADE

PRESIDENT

Chris Lagerblade started her career in mortgage lending in 1978. At Waterfield Financial, Chris was the Vice President of the Builder Division until leaving to start LHM Financial. Chris currently oversees the loan processing, underwriting, and closing for over 250 loans a month.
 
Although she no longer originates, she helps branch managers and loan originators manage their pipelines and referral sources to ensure responsible lending of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA mortgages. LHM Financial and Chris Lagerblade are active members of the Mortgage Banking Association and enjoy networking with others in the industry. With 35+years of experience, Chris takes pride in providing conventional and government loan products to home buyers.

MEGAN GAUER

VICE PRESIDENT & CFO

Megan Gauer has been with LHM Financial since 2010; before that, she worked for a large private bank holding company based out of Omaha, Nebraska, holding officer positions as Corporate Accounting Policy Officer and BankCard Reporting Manager. Megan graduated from the University of South Dakota and earned her CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Nebraska. She and her family moved to Phoenix in January 2010; currently, she spends most of her free time at the horse barn watching her daughters ride their two horses.

SUSAN RINDAHL

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 

Specializing in strategic planning and business development, Susan offers a unique and diverse perspective to mortgage lending, not typical in the industry. By improving people's performance, processes, and systems, she can ensure that business is done, not only well but profitably.
 
In her 25 years of lending experience, Susan has had the opportunity of leading at many great organizations, including Essent Guaranty, SunTrust Mortgage, VIP Mortgage, TBW, and National City. In her roles, she has gained hands-on experience in Production, Operations, Underwriting, Compliance, Closing/Funding, Secondary Markets, in addition to leading, training, restructuring, and financial management. Her success in these roles has allowed her to grow relationships nationally and become a trusted resource and advocate.

JULIE MESSINA

VICE PRESIDENT & SECONDARY

MARKETING MANAGER

Julie Messina is the Secondary Marketing Manager and Vice President at Scottsdale, AZ corporate office. She has over 30 years of industry experience in the pricing, sale, and delivery of mortgages to the Secondary Market.
 
For the first ten years of her career, Julie worked in various Secondary Market and Investor Servicing roles for Banks and Savings Institutions. In 2006 Julie joined LHM Financial and is now responsible for leading, managing, and directing its secondary market initiatives.
 
She currently oversees the Hiring, Managing, and Professional Development of Secondary Marketing Department Staff, Product Development, Loan Sales, Hedging, Investor Relations, Pricing strategies, Buy-Sell strategy, and MSR evaluation, and Development and Growth of LHM Financial's Loan Servicing Portfolio.

LANA KUETHER

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Lana Kuether graduated from Lake Forest College in 2003. Soon after graduating, she came to work at LHM Financial. Lana has worked in virtually every mortgage lending position: Officer Manager, Loan Processor, Secondary Marketing, Compliance, Technology Administration, Vendor Management, and Quality Control. Lana has taken on the role of Compliance Manager at LHM Financial and keeps the company up to date on Federal and State requirements that regulate mortgage lending. She oversees the Disclosure Department and is currently the TRID implementation project leader.

NATALIE SANTOS

CLOSING MANAGER

Natalie Santos started her career at LHM Financial in 2012. She was a top performing Closer prior to taking on the role as a Closing Manager. Natalie oversees 8 employees and the company’s closing queue. She is a dedicated coworker and takes a hands-on approach to all loans closing at LHM. The majority of the closing team is located in the Scottsdale location.

BRAD KAISER

UNDERWRITING MANAGER

Brad Kaiser joined LHM Financial in 2009 and is presently the Underwriting Manager. He has over 20 years of experience underwriting FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional mortgages. Brad is responsible for keeping LHM Financial in compliance with changes to FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and secondary market investor guidelines. He currently supervises the hiring, managing, and professional development of the Underwriting Department. Brad also implements new policies and procedures within his department and communicates changes companywide.

SARAH ZWICK

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Sarah Zwick has been with LHM Financial since 2010, she has worked in both the accounting and the Human Resources department. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 and taught elementary school for 3 years. Sarah oversees the onboarding, benefits, Loan Originator licensing, and payroll for LHM. She enjoys working from the Tempe location but also likes to visit the other sites throughout the year.
